Hi Mr Hiep Hai &Huong,
A very good day to you, Huong & all staff of Adventure IndoChina.
Myself, my sis, my fren & her mum are good and everything is as usual when back to our HOME SWEET HOME :)
This is our first trip in Hanoi, and I am very very happy to
sayWE enjoy our Hanoi holiday, be it Halong Bay, Tom Croc, SAPA and
Hanoi city .
2 female guides in Hanoi & SAPA (sorri, I dont know how to
write their Vietnamese name, are nice, & do take care of our
needs during the journey, My special thanks to the SAPA guide, who take
the extra effort to bring us to Vietnam/China border, Hekou, for a
leisure tour (though is not stated in the tour program). Whilst in SAPA,
she bring us out for dinner, andhelped order food for us. She also
take care of the old folks during trekking in SAPA.
The arrangement of 2 days trekking SAPA in the morning, starts 9am
(3/4 hours) and then go back hotel by car, and reach hotel by 1pm is a
good arrangement as it gives us a good rest. I especially like my room
#601 in Sapa Boutique hotel. It gives me nice view of SAPA beauty
without leaving my room. The service & staff of this hotel are good.
The Hanoi city guide has done us a great favor by bringing us to
NEW DAY RESTAURANT, 74 Ma May street for a good,cheap & nice dinner.
We go there for 95% of our meals when in Hanoi :)
The same guy who pick us up & sent us back to Hanoi airport is
also very nice & couteous young man. He explained lots of Vietnam
affairs to us during the journey. The car is also very new, nice &
comfortable to sit.
The Halong Bay & Tom Croc tour is nice & relaxing,The van
& lunch provided at Halong Bay is better as compared to Tom Croc.
But I must say I enjoyed the cycling trip a lot, see many many nice
scenaries during the cycling trip, I strongly recommend the cycling trip
to anyone who can/has the energy to cycle 12-14 KM.
The half day tour to Halong Bay & Tom Croc is not tiring, and the guide is also very nice & helpful.
Last but not least, I must say a BIG THANK YOU to Huong who has
make our Hanoi trip very enjoyable. She has make an extra effort to make
sure we are happy & everything went well for us . I like the
sovenir, the mug with our pic, she gaveus when we left.
I will come back Hanoi again, and my next tour intintery will be Ba
Be national park & central Vietnam. No need to think further. I
will look for you guys to help me arrange my
next Vietnam trip. I will also recommend your services to my friends who is keen to visit Vietname
Huong, plse help me send my regards to your father. I hope to see you in Hanoi in very
near future.

Huong,
Unfortunately I am back in England as I arrived this week.
As far as the Ha Long tour was concerned I can confirm to you that
the trip was a very enjoyable and comfortable experience. The boat was
excellent, the food was very good and the itenirary was very
comprehensive.
The only observation that I can make is in relation to the starting
time of the boat on the second day, which on our trip was about 06:45.
Although I appreciate that the early start allows for more sight-seeing,
I was quite looking forward to an early morning swim before breakfast,
however because of the very early start I could not accommodate this.
This was only a very minor issue and did not impact on my complete enjoyment of Ha Long Bay.
Hope to see you again when I return to Vietnam.

Bonjour à toute l’équipe d’ Adventure Indochine
Malgré le temps qui passe nous ne vous avons pas oubliés: loin de
là... mais les obligations de la vie continuent et nous avons repris le
travail en pensant à tous les mervielleux moment passé grâce à vous .
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour au Vietnam et votre organisation
était réellement parfaite que ce soit à Hanoi, Hue , Da Nang, ou Ho Chi
Minh. Vos guides étaient présents et particulièrement compétents . Nous
avons été très touchés par leurs gentillesseet leur professionnalisme.
Et quel confort dans le minibus.
Vous avez réellement respecté notre programme à la lettre, du nord au
sud, en nous faisant découvrir la “vraie” vie des vietnamiens, leur
culture et toutes leurs beautés de ce pays. Vous avez su mettre la
gastronomie vietnamienne à l’honneur avec une choix tres judicieux pour
les restaurants; la qualité et la propreté des hôtels étaient parfaites.
Et Dieu sait à quel point les francais sont difficiles à satisfaire
dans ces domaines!
Nous garderons de mervielleux souvenirs de ce très beau voyage; grâce
à vous nôtre rêve s’est réalisé et dans les meilleures conditions.

Bonjour à tous,
Merci pour ce super voyage. Tout était parfaiten matièr
e de timing et d’organisation. Nous n’avons qu’une envie, c’est de revenir vous voir!
En peu de temps et avec beaucoup de gentillesse et d’efficacité, vous
nous avez vraiment fait partager de supers moments. Une mention spéciale
pour l’excusion au Laos , au Cambodge avec les points d’arrivée
intéressants comme Luang Prabang, Angkor Vat, Phnom Penh et son guide.
L’hôtel à Siemriep était vraiment génial, encora plus que les autres
déjà tres sympas et propres.
Vivement qu’on revient passer un peu plus de temps avec vous pour
découvrir encore d’autres mervielles de la culture asiatique! Bien sur,
nous avons donné vos coordonnées à nos copains souhaitant se rendre au
Vietnam. Que de bonheur !

Dear Mr. Hai,
Firstly, can we say a big BIG thankyou for
helping us get a bus to Laos. We were very stuck and you really saved us
with your
kindness.
I'm sorry we did not email sooner, we
arrived at 5pm in Vientiene yesterday and needed to sleep! I can tell
you that the bus company were very good, and got us here safely, the bus
was clean and good. The drivers did not speak any english, so it was
confusing sometimes, especially at the border crossing. but we made it
through without much trouble. the whole journey took about 20hours. i
hope that this information is helpful. please don't hesitate to email me
again if you need more detail. I will write a very good review of your
company in my travel blog, and hopefully it will get you more business.

Bonjour Thuy,
J’ai été très heureux de notre voyage au Vietnam. Notre voyage fut
très favorable.Vos programmes sont vraiment très intéressant Grâce à
notre voyage, nous avons découvert de grandes choses de style et culture
de vie à la montagne Nord- Ouest, de costume éthnique, les paysages
sensationnels entre la rivière et la montagne à Ninh Binh, la beauté
tranquille du quartier ancien Hoian, admirer les beaux paysages et le
crépuscule sur la rivière Huong.
Je désire également vous remercier d’avoir pris le temps de faire un
programme excellent de notre voyage. Je suis très content vraiment de
tout. Ma famille et moi , nous nous sentons très satisfaits de nos
vacances au Vietnam.
Nous reviendrons au Vietnam aux vacances prochaines.

Aventure indochina,
Bonjour à toute équipe! Oui, le voyage de retour s’est bien passé.
Nos vacances étaient magnifiques et nous vous en remercions beaucoup.
Il y a beaucoup de choses intéressantes à Ha Long où nous avons eu la
chance d’admirer les paysages sensationnels et découvrir cet endroit.
Le repas était excellent. Nos enfants aimaient goûter les fruits de mer à
Ha Long. L’hébergement était très bien.
Souhaite de vous revoir tôt!

Vietnam est un pays très beau où les voyageurs sont beaucoup attirés. En plus, les gens ici sont sympthiques et ouverts.

Je tenais à vous remercier de votre enthousiasme puor faire ce
programme. Nous avons adoré le delta de Mékong et Angkor Vat, j’ignorais
que cet endroit était aussi magnifique tant par sa diversité des
paysagesque par sa culture.
Je pourrais bientôt revenir vous rendre visite au Vietnam.

Bonjour Hai,
Je vous remercie pour m’avoir donné l’occasion de découvrir les
monuments de histoire célèbre au Vietnam pendant ces vacances
intéressantes.
J’ai bien aimé le quatier ancien Hoian, sa beauté est simple et légère. Là , je me sens heureux , le temps était frais et pur.
Je vous reverrai à l’année prochaine au Vietnam.
